Drumlando was born in September 2017 from the meeting of three young musicians: Francesco De Luisa, Alessandro Turchet and Marco D'Orlando who, together, build a repertoire of original songs (written by D'Orlando) that have a strong jazz base, for regarding improvisation, but which also touch more classic or popular sounds. It is an autobiographical project that, through the story of D’Orlando, tells of a whole generation: encounters, dreams, reflections, stories ... In September 2018, Augh! Was released, the band's first self-produced cd, recorded at the Casa della Musica in Trieste.
On the occasion of Le Nuove Rotte del Jazz, the new songs the band is working on will be presented as an absolute preview.

Situato nel centro di Trieste a poca distanza dalla riva del mare, il Museo Revoltella è una galleria d'arte moderna fondata nel 1872 per volontà del barone Pasquale Revoltella (1795-1869), una delle figure più rappresentative della società triestina dell'Ottocento, che lasciò alla città, oltre a molti altri beni, la sua casa e tutte le opere d'arte, gli arredi e i libri che conteneva.
