Strickland<\/strong>: drums;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\" data-darkreader-inline-color=\"\">The charismatic and dynamic saxophonist Lakecia Benjamin blends the traditional conceptions of jazz, hip-hop and soul. Her electrice present and the ardent sax work have led her to share the stages with several legendary artists, such as Stevie Wonder, Alicia Keys, The Roots and Macy Gray. Benjamin\u2019s melodies take the classic atmosphere to a whole new level, thanks to the use of the alto saxophone which creates something special on each cut, adapting itself to any type of environment. His latest project, \u201c<em>Persuance\u201d<\/em>, is an intergenerational work which pays homage to American musicians John and Alice Coltrane.
